  I ordered 4 sets of photography/art books. They shipped separately and it took me almost a month to get all 4 boxes. I had to reach out a few times to get updates and the seller said their system went down. I got about 30 books total, which fits into the description, but about 8 of those were not correctly categorized so they weren’t useful for my intended purpose. Next time, I think I’ll shop for something like this locally.

  I paid for and ordered a random box of Fantasy Books. I received a box with 1 middle book of a fantasy trilogy and a bunch of other trash… none of which was at least Fantasy trash.. the genre I paid for grab bag of. Seller even asked what kind of fantasy I’d prefer before hand only to send of box of TRASH. Do not purchase from this dumpster fire of a storefront.

  Buyer ordered Science fiction & Fantasy. They requested mostly Fantasy in which we obliged. The items they received were Science Fiction & Fantasy, most being Fantasy. The buyer was advised that they are more than welcome to return for a refund, in which they never responded. We do not believe this buyers' representations to be true and believe they are acting in bad faith. Nonetheless, the ability to return for a refund is still available, but the buyer has not requested a return.

  Shopping box cam open in Philadelphia and I received a shipping label cut off the box and notice to get online and make a claim I have not been successful at that yet

  Waited about a month for books to be shipped, finally got them but when I did they were not even the correct genre of books. Reached out to seller expressing my interest in returning them but haven't heard back yet.

  Ebay thankfully refunded the purchase but the seller put a tracking number in but never shipped the item. When I reached out, I was told the shipment would ship the next Monday. Monday came and went with no shipment. Glad I got my money back.

  Our inventory management software was down from 10/31 - 11/17 and we were unable to ship orders. Order was to be shipped on Monday, but we did not have time to process it due to influx of past-due orders. Buyer reached out that Monday and we refunded the order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
