This seller never sent a reason as to why the material was never sent or delivered. This is totally unacceptable and the they have never responded to my refund request!!

I purchased this item dec 20. I contacted the sellers dec 24 to check in. I knew the holidays and weather might delay the package but wanted some communication. They replied the winds were bad. Holidays were over and I still hadnt received shipping confirmation so I contacted them Jan 4. I gave them a day and no response so I made the claim to eBay I hadn’t received my package. They gave them till 11 of Jan and today I received my refund. Would not buy from this seller!They don’t communicate.
