    The first bracelet I ordered was beautiful and I ordered another one just like that one. Unfortunately the first bracelet broke so I am returning it. I sent them an email letting them know that I was returning it for a refund. They were really apologetic about what had happen, and sometimes things happen and I thank them. I am going to purchase from them in the future and just so everyone knows, the second bracelet I purchased was as beautiful as the first. Thsnk you.

    Buyer beware!! This seller agreed to a lower price of the item he listed but NEVER honored that agreement. I sent several messages requesting a partial refund off the purchase price as he had originally agreed to at the beginning of the transaction he has never bothered to respond. Still waiting for that refund. Poor customer service! If you expect 100% feedback this is no way to treat customers. Dishonest seller
