  The seller was okay but the eBay process was not. The page I was on said I could make an offer, which I did, but there was no response, and the seller said they didn't know anything about that or the other offer I received (from somewhere) for a $10 rebate.

  I know nothing about an offer from you, obviously because offer was lower than what I would accept. I went out of my way to make a special trip to post office the very day of your purchase and paid extra $$ to expedite item. You received item in 2 days!! May I add that item was brand new with tags still on.

  Item was returned "open" by buyer when I asked item to be returned unopened. Also the jewel case was cracked when it was returned because proper padding was not used when buyer returned item.
