  The time that it took to order and arrive to me was approximately 15 days and arrived with minimal packaging allowing the glass Murano to roll around inside the box. I am disappointed with being charged full price for shipping and it looks like zero care for protecting the item. When being charged a certain amount for shipping, I want to get my monies worth and have my item arrive showing that the seller cares about the quality of their items being sold as well as their customers.

  Good morning and thank you for your purchase! I am happy to hear that your item arrived safe and damage free. I made sure to wrap it with extra layers of bubble wrap and place it in a box fit to size so I could insure it's safe arrival. I was happy to ship the item for free as I have shown you with the invoice from this sale, where it clearly shows shipping $0. I apologize for the long shipping time, but when I do decide to ship for free I send it with the lowest priced option.
