    It was not new as indicated in the description. There was a substantial amount missing. The box has been previously opened. Shipping took twice as long as indicated on the post as well. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I purchased it because of the post. I could have purchased from someone else for the same price and longer shipping time.

    The item was brand new as indicated in the listing as well as the photographs. I can give you my personal guarantee on that. Please note sometimes items aren't filled to the top. Please see photos. As for shipping time - 99% of my clients comment on how fast my shipping is. Once i give the item to USPS, I have no control over how long it takes them to deliver. Your item was shipped out within 1 business day. I am sorry that USPS took longer than usual to deliver your purchase.
