    We informed the buyer that the device had been moved to our “tear down” but we could still provide the parts with some missing (this doesnt always happen) he agreed so we shipped. He left a bad review because he wanted us to send him the sim tray which we forgot.. mistakes happen.. we didn’t have the right color it go delayed. The color of the sim tray shouldn’t matter that much. U even offered to just send him the money so he could buy it since hes clearly a repair shop but insisted I send one.
