  Shipping time was reasonable. The item when received had a plastic zipper that didn’t unzip due to missing teeth that wasn’t obvious when the toggle buttons were closed. The item was an estate sale buy so seller may not have realized zipper was faulty. The seller immediately issued a full refund including shipping fee and said returning the item was unnecessary. I appreciate the integrity and complete restitution from this seller and will definitely shop again where. Highly recommend
