  I initially purchased a Danube which was in a junk condition. The seller has messaged me and confirmed the condition of the bag. She waited for my reply and was so easy to talk to when I cancelled that purchase, got a refund and purchased this alma bag instead. Good price, shipping took 5 days to Australia. Bag came as described and bubble wrapped. Zipper works but very hard to pull, for the price I am happy with it. First time to buy from a japanese ebay seller and I will be buying more.

  Amazing bag, top seller, excellent item just as described!! Quick response to all my messages and questions. The bag came in a dust bag and nice packaging. The only thing i'd probably mention is that inside the bag there was no paper so it's shape stay attached. Very quick shipping, although here in Greece requires information about costum clearance but without extra fees ( it arrived in only five day ). Very pleased, i definitely recommend and i will buy more in the near future for sure!
