I will say that DHL can be a bit of a hassle to deal with but the seller did what they could to assist and I finally got the item after it was missing. I think DHL may have “squished” the bag while it was being shipped because the top of the bag looked a bit caved so maybe the packaging wasn’t as protective/secure as it needed but overall the bag is amazing and I will continue to buy from this seller!
