    The seller sent me an incomplete item (one of the component called as the Test Cock is missing) on the assemble shipped and delivered to me. I contacted the seller via eBay feedback on 03/11 2025 but there is no response yet and it seems the seller is out of office and won't be back until 23rd of March. How convenient...here I am stuck with an incomplete assembly and cannot use it until the missing component is shipped to me.

    Hello, I apologize that the item was not in the desired condition. As for the delay in reply, I was on honeymoon out of the country and do apologize that there was a delay in addressing your issue. Once I was back in town I issued you a full refund to rectify the issue. I am not a certified plumber and did not know that there was a missing Test Cock. We try to photograph the items so that you (the professional) can tell what you are purchasing. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
