  Even after asking questions, I was still sent an item that was missing parts, and is now Useless as I received it. Impossible to mount this cooler with parts missing, AND there’s a huge dent on the contact surface of the heatsink. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Poor description of item. Won’t be doing business again.

  Monitor looked brand new and everything was packaged securely and neatly in original packaging. All pieces were there including small ones. Everything worked liked it would have if bought from the store. Product also cost half of what it would have from a new retailer. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
