Welcome to The Frugal Diva.I'm Nikki mom to 6 now adult children. I had a brick and mortar consignment shop until covid and now am morphing it into an all online based consignment boutique. I find my items all sorts of places especially friends who want to sell their stuff but don't want the hassle-so I sell it for them!! I never know what I'll find so every day is a treasure hunt !!

I do have a few simple policies and they will be listed here and on every listing.
I have 4 categories for condition on used items pristine(like new) excellent good and fair. I say if I won't buy it I won't list it. I'll try to picture and describe all damage I find. I ship everything priority mail. I at this time only ship once a week. I won't ship until your payment clears and you must pay within 7 days. I will send reminders after 3 days. And the big one NO RETURNS

    The item was not well packed was thrown together in a plastic back,which ended up with 1 iem being chipped in many places. Contacted seller to resolve the issue and she said item was so cheap she could not do any kind of compensation. This was a gift. I will not buy from this seller again. They do not know how to pack for international shipping.

    When contacted I informed buyer to contact ebay since this was shipped via their international shipping program.I was not aware it was shipping internationally. I advised her I aways pack wrapped in bubble wrap. I also explain I do not accept nor offer refunds . I informed her to contact ebay as they state on their international shipping policy. I haven't heard anything until this . Pictures she sent me showed one item slightly chipped. I let her know that must have happened during shipping

    I'm sorry about the hair they have been stored with other clothing since being listed.As for shipping as stated in every listing I only ship priority mail I do not even charge the full shipping price for it.
