  Due to an accidental loss of the parcel by the USPS, the item never arrived so the seller graciously cancelled the order along with issuing a full refund. Although I miss not having received the item, I give this seller high regards for communication, follow up and ultimately a suitable termination of the transaction.   Very fast shipping/delivery, packaged well, beautiful product overall. One critique: This was marked as "acceptable", which is accurate, but a photo or two demonstrating the extensive writing and underlining throughout the text would have been nice.
