    The seller was very quick in communication. Fast shipping. Only problem was the cookie jar arrived broken. Obvious it was broken in transit, even though the item was wrapped very tight in bubblewrap. Rather than have me wait while seller and eBay tried resolving the problem, seller went ahead and refunded me in full without me having to return broken item to him./her. I would definitely buy from again I only hope he can get refunded sellers money in this deal. Carrier should be responsible
