    Crate and Barrel holiday mugs. USPS managed to lose the package for over six weeks. Seller was wonderful with communication and followup. Refunded my full payment with no questions asked. Package finally arrived with one end completely smashed and one of the two mugs broken. I offered to pay seller for one mug (to lessen her loss), but she insisted I keep it without anypayment.
