  Emailed about the dashcam and was told it was available. But would not do local pick up even though the dashcam was in the same local area, so they charged extra $10 USD for shipping. Ordered the dashcam in $USD, but was told a few days later that it was out of stock and no longer available. I requested a refunded, but the refund was in $USD, and after conversion to CAD, I actually lost money on the refund. Seller would not refund the difference. Told me to talk to eBay. Terrible service.

When you placed the order, our system hadn't yet shown the item was out of stock—we understand how frustrating that can be. In terms of the refund, a full refund was issued in USD through eBay’s system. While we'd love to resolve the currency difference for you, eBay and the payment processor handle all conversions, and sellers unfortunately don’t have control over that process. We hope this clears things up.

  This was my third time buying this product the first perches went off without a hitch the second was a disaster and cancelled and refunded do to a mistake I made the seller did work hard with me to work out a solution so I re-quested the same price I bought the failed transaction they agreed the third transaction was smooth as butter very fast shipping had it in less than 2 days very happy good seller will work with you when issues arise

  This is not seller's fault, but eBay's. EBay's international shipping program is really bad now, shipping times are long, the third party shipping companies provide really bad tracking information. The program was better when eBay worked with Pitney Bowes.
