  The item was packed about as securely as it could possibly have been--hard Styrofoam at bottom and top of box, plenty of shredded paper as cushioning, each item individually bubble wrapped--nevertheless, two of the four cups arrived broken. I contacted the seller who got back to me immediately and offered to provide a refund for the broken cups or a complete return. I opted for the refund, which was immediately issued. Excellent communication, excellent seller. Thank you.
