    The shipment was lost by USPS and the shipper was not very cooperative with trying to find it I was told I had to file a claim with USPS and they would not refund my money until they got the shipment back! I finally received the shipment almost a month later after I purchased a new item from another shipper and received it in less than a week. This shipper has very poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.

    Not Lost by USPS.....just delayed. It was delivered as we promised it would be. Delays by USPS are not the sellers fault.
