The freezer/fridge combo was supposed to be brand new, yet arrived laying on its side, wrapped in clear tape strapped to a broken pallet. No packaging. The freezer was so completely damaged that I refused shipment. I sent it back, over 45 days ago and have yet to receive a refund. Ive called maybe 30 times and been promised a refund but it has never came.
