  I purchased the lighter from this seller and the transaction was complete. The order then got canceled and refunded for an inadequate excuse. The seller should have made his shipping constraints from his country known or taken the action down. I feel like the issue just came down to additional shipping cost after the transaction that was complete that the seller didn’t want to pay. Very Bad experience
