    St a bunch of bearings and one was missing. The race was there but the bearing itself was missing. The package looked as if it had been dropped or spilled and repackaged. They told me they didn't find any extras lying around and their inventory count was correct. Offered no help with replacemnt or refund basically calling me a liar. I buy alot of these bearings and its his loss ultimatly. If you get missing parts they're just gonna call you a liar. Lying over a $12 bearing lol.

    Ordered on 3/22 and it arrived in NH from our CA warehouse on 3/2. After 25 days on 4/18 you said one piece of inner part (cone) is missing, NEVER mentioned package condition until now. You can claim with carrier or contact us if you think something wrong, of course with PROOF to show the fact and condition. Did you tell us about that or send any evidence??? Without any mistake or shortage why we should pay you refund or free replacement?? YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT TELLING THE TRUTH HERE
