  I purchased 4 plates that were advertised as "in excellent condition with no chips cracks or flea bites." They were shipped promptly, well packed, and arrived in undamaged packaging. However, upon inspection, two of the plates had flea bites and one had a sharp chip on the exterior rim, making it unsafe. I contacted the seller via eBay, sharing photos of the problems. The seller did not reply. I waited 10 days and tried again. Again, no reply. I would not trust this seller.

  UPDATE: After I left my feedback, the seller contacted me, apologized for overlooking the chip and for not responding (citing holiday travels), and refunded the plate. I no longer consider this transaction “negative” but rather “neutral.”
