  B&B JEWELRY AND PAWN has Best Offer feature enabled. So I offer $250 on a $279 listing. Auto Declined! I mean even big box stores consider 10% discount routine. (15-25%+ is the norm on eBay) Which clearly indicated that seller is extorting B/O feature without being serious about accepting offers. Very displeased in that venue of business, however air hammer is fine, Taped well BUT with almost no padding so it I lucky it arrived in one piece at all.
