  The bag I purchased clearly stated it came with a crossbody strap, one photo shows a strap. I received the bag and no strap. I messaged the seller 5 times to see if it was just missed in shipping or if there was ever a strap. I feel it was misrepresented as I found a thrift store price tag in the bag itself. Yes, I could return it but I fear it would be ignored as my messages were and would never receive a refund. Good or bad, a response to my messages would have resulted in better feedback.
