    I ordered a battery for my son's Lenovo laptop and after the transaction went through, the seller claims they can't ship to Hawaii. It's irritating to spend 30 minutes finding a product, reviewing seller ratings, and completing a transaction only to find out the next day they can't ship to my location. The seller is responsible for making sure their shipping settings are correct if they can't ship to a specific location! They wasted my time.

    Dear, apology again for any inconvenience caused. Batteries are dangerous goods, which are easy to cause fire, so UPS can't ship them to Hawaii. But now we find another logistics company than can ship batteries to Hawaii, if you still need this battery, you can reorder. Thanks for your understanding. We will do better. Please trust us!
