    This company has GREAT customer service. Ordered 2 dehumidifiers. both arrived but one was damaged by Fed Ex. Contacted Baseaire, they requested photos which I sent them and a new unit was sent out to replace the damaged unit. would order from this company again without hesitation. The unit were just installed and they appear to be operating as intended.

    As soon as the dehumidifier arrived it did not work as stated. There is no WiFi or Bluetooth signal coming from the machine. We bought this to put in a crawl space without easy access and need to be able to use it remotely. The seller suggested we change the circuit board and receive a small refund. Then they stated they had no boards and offered a partial $400 refund. That is useless as we cannot afford to buy another dehumidifier for $1300.
