  Packaging wasn’t ideal-no bubble wrap in box for unboxed ornament. Ornament arrived missing a small piece-was not like it was described but damage could have occurred during shipping. I reached out to the seller who is hopeful to find the small piece but agreed to a partial refund. Will continue to wait for partial refund. Very responsive and apologetic for incident.
