    Order came in damaged. the crate did not looked damaged so i didn't' question it. unpacked it, the top of the oven was damaged. I called shipping co. they told be to contact seller. I contacted seller and they said since I signed for it there was nothing they could do. I plugged it in and it came on but still needed help with the unit. The person answered and sent me setup coded but they didn't work. then he stopped answering the phone. Had to call Turbo Chef directly.
