About us

We are a small family run business nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Pennsylvania Appalachian Mountains. High up in the mountains here we have very rare plants that only grow in these types of cold and harsh climates. Wild Ginseng and Goldenseal are two of the many plants we trade in, but many others as well.

We also sell household goods and refurbished household items to supplement our business.

These plants have been used for many years by both eastern medicine and western. They are very important for a wide variety of ailments including Cancer. This is also where the name "Panax" Ginseng comes from. Meaning to be a type of "Cure All".

We follow an Ethical Code and comply with State Law . We only harvest at certain times of year, and only certain plants.We strive to maintain a stable balance without our forests so that these plants may be used for many generations to come and no disappear entirely.

    Seller shipped the wrong item. That’s basically it. I have a copy of the entire conversation and the only one with attitude was the seller when he got the review. I suppose I should have went to his business and made sure the correct item was sent. Oh well it’s a mixed bag of sellers on EBay. Some are better than others. I suspect it was an honest mistake and for that he gets an honest review. I suppose he wants a 5 star rating for item description when it was completely wrong?

    Customer contacted me and informed that the wrong item was sent. I instantly apologized for the mistake, and instantly sent a return label. Customer waited a week, and then sent an angry message about there being no return label sent. I explained that I sent a return label a week ago. Customer was not able to figure out how to print the label, and I spent days trying to help them with it. They then left negative feedback claiming that I never sent them a return label. Bold Faced Lies
