    7 week turnaround, well packed. Fit and finish was excellent however the guitar was vastly different from the listed images, missing a few features I would have liked. Ask questions before you buy. The big issue was a completely different headstock to the listed image. This was disappointing however the sellers communication was helpful and responsive and we were able to work out a solution that we were both happy with. I recommend seller and would be happy to purchase from again.

    Item arrived in good very condition, and guitar was as described and as ordered. Good quality build, and freight time from date ordered to date received was 6 weeks from China to Australia. Baizheng the seller was very helpful in response to any queries I had, with very fast communication turnaround times. I would highly recommend this seller, and his guitars build and quality that I have received from this buyer.

    Although I have yet to receive the item I purchased, at the risk of jumping the gun I am impressed that the seller himself/themselves (wholesaler?) has advised/messaged me about tracking details so early (not the case with Aliexpress; after purchasing an item so long ago, by comparison I've been left in the dark).

    Unfortunately my item did not arrive. From what I can tell it came to my country but was either lost, stolen or sent back by customs. The seller refunded me immediately so no complaints there. The seller’s communication during the entire process was good also. It seems that customs here in Australia and or Australia post is at fault here which is a shame as I wanted to buy more than just this one guitar from this seller. Oh well, nothing that the seller or I can do about it unfortunately.
