All of our items have been stored in an air-conditioned, smoke-free space since the time of acquisition. We take the utmost care in packaging purchased items to avoid damage. In more than 15 years of combined eBay experience, we have not had a single claim for damaged goods.
More than 40 years ago, we'd buy collectibles via listings in industry publications (yes, actually paper). We were often disappointed with what we received. We take an ultra conservative approach to estimating quality. If the item has not been graded by a third party (e.g., CGC, PSA, etc.) we provide high quality photographs of items so their flaws can be highlighted and assessed by prospective buyers.
