  Item was listed as new, which means it's supposed to be in its sealed box (according to eBay). Well, it arrived with the original seal cut & in a re-sealed package. We contacted the seller, they acknowledged the fact that they cut it open & the reason they said they did that is to put more padding so the item would arrive undamaged. #1, the item was a relatively rigid plastic piece, not glass or anything delicate. And #2, YOU JUST DON'T TAMPER with someone's item after they have paid for it!
