    Great seller and technical support for the Y62 android stereo upgrade a 2019 QX80. Shipping was fast to the USA using DHL and it was well packaged. The stereo is good quality and very capable. Did not come with any instructions but there are youtube videos showing the install. Some modication to the plugnplay harness was required to get power to the stereo. Overall very happy with the stereo. It has completely modernized the center dash. Highly recommend this seller and this product.

    Item arrived as one of three but one item didn't work, returned all three for a refund. They accepted the return and asked for the EBAY case to be closed. THIS WAS TO AVOID REFUNDING PAYMENT!!!!!! A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT AT FRAUD AS I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THE GOODS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND A PROOF OF RETURN HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
