I contacted the seller and brought it t to this attention, he did not deny the fact that they were fake , he offered to partially refund my order, I asked him to refund $65 of $90 because the batteries work and do test out to 18v batteries but they are not genuine. Seller is also in China Wich is not mentioned batteries shipped from California
