    I misunderstood what customer service said and sent a bad review. That was me not understanding what she said. MY BAD! The general manager called to asked what the problem had been. I told him what I thought she had said. He corrected the misunderstanding and refunded the entire amount I had paid. Actually this is a good company. I was the problem. Is my face red! Glad he called me.
