  Dishonest seller. Warning. Listing states 14k gold 20" Twist chain necklace w/ 14k gold heart pendant. I bid/won fair and square at $104. The chain I received was 17.25". See pictures. Seller kept telling me to just return it, if I wasn't happy. I calculated the price for 14k gold 17.25" Close to what I paid. Seller didn't list gram weight Apparently this dishonest seller wanted me to "just return" so they could relist and sell higher.

  I'm not sure what else I could have done to make this customer happy. I offered a refund several times. If I made a mistake on the length of the chain, there was no way to remedy that except to offer a refund. I don't often list fine jewelry and I don't own a scale to weigh it. If that was a problem the buyer should not have bid on the necklace.
