    The DVD was so poorly packed with no protection on it that it arrived BROKEN IN HALF!!! Did the picture not portray this fact!

    We sent another, we can't help how the USPS handles the discs...we put them in bubble wrap envelopes, so if they break before they get to you, we suggest not to buy from us..Thanks
