  I hate being the 1st not to leave positive feedback, but this was a pretty bad experience. 1st we waited quite awhile w/out receiving our hat. Communication was non existent. We reached out. Crickets. When finally shipped, was a completely different hat. And it was flattened. We reached out. Crickets again.Then asked for a refund through ebay. Only ebay corresponded. Never heard from seller. We did finally receive a refund. But was so disappointed we didn't get the hat we bid on. Buyer beware.
