My wife and I buy individual general merchandise or general pallets and sell on here, most are brand new, overstock, and returns we do check to see if each item is complete and works before we post it, if it's new we will open it and make sure it's all there as we do all items, we do issue a return policy only on the items we cannot test, and answer any questions you may have..     You should reconsider using the USPS ever again. I ordered a computer wire from CA. It took 12 days to make it across the country. When the envelope finally arrived it was ripped and empty. The item you mailed has been stuck in Springfield, MO for going on 7 days...still waiting to make it out of the distribution center. USPS is dreadful. Forceful argument for privatation of the postal system. Can't rate the purchase yet until I receive it.
