  Seller description was NEW. After an email explaining the connection never stayed connected. She admitted that she got this from another ebay seller as New/Open box. And explained she no longer needed it due to IT person. Finding an extra so she no longer needed this one. It had been connected to a fios device before I received it. So I had to reset to manufacturers settings. She offered full refund. I do not have the time to waste as I work long hours. To go to the post office thats 45min.

  Box not opened but outer shrink-wrap was gone when I bought "open box". Got a different router & never used this. It sat for 2 years so I tested to confirm operation before listing to avoid risking my ebay reputation. My error. It seems I failed to press the Reset button after testing. Told buyer this & that he could press the Reset button or return for full refund at my cost. He chose to press Reset & keep it. Apparently this hardship warranted ruining a 23-year long perfect ebay reputation.
