  These were lovely culottes, but they arrived badly stained on the inner lining. They appear not to have been cleaned, and it is difficult to understand how anyone could have missed this given the state of the lining. This was an awful experience and possibly a health hazard as well.

  I apologized profusely for the mistake as soon as I was made aware and immediately accepted your return despite having a no return policy I’ve inspected the return item and I’m pretty sure there’s no health hazard from old discoloration. I’m sorry you don’t understand the mistake, people do make them for a variety of reasons. And I’m sorry that nothing I said or did seemed to satisfy you.
