Once I opened and inspected, the compressor fully detached hitting the condenser. The seller had me test the unit, once confirmed it was defective he offered a full refund. Product itself I can't speak for, but the seller was great in resolving this issue.

Connected the unit and pump, turned it on, set my temp and have not really touched since. Keeps consistent temps in low 40 degree F range. I wish it would get just a bit cooler but I can add some ice blocks if I want a super cold ice bath - lol. So far, after about 2 months, seems like a great unit, at a decent price. I definitely recommend seller and product. Also, I received this the very next day after ordered it!
