    The item I received was slightly damaged. It had loose beads . Also when I looked at the photo, the price wasn’t the same as what I paid, it was $10.00 less. I paid $31.79 and it was advertised for only $20.00. I am asking for a refund of $10.00 . I appreciate your help and support, Thank you for your time and patience.

    You also gave a refund, your pass reached even less, I lost my stone, mine was less, my shipping charge was free, all the loss I caused is beneficial to you, still you gave negative feedback.
