After retiring and relocating from Texas to the mountains of North Carolina, we now concentrate on eBay.     Shipper for the seller would not deliver to a PO Box. Seller cancelled the order. A refund was given. The listing should indicate that the seller does not ship to P O BOX. In the city where I live, we do not get mail or package delivery to our homes. We go to the post office daily to pick up.
