  Crystal mugs were packaged well and arrived safely. These stunning mugs completed a set of twelve, and I can't wait to serve mulled wines, hot ciders, and Irish coffees in them when the weather cools again! For those of you reading for shipping, the items arrived a little late due to weather/postal issues, and was not the fault of the seller, who communicated the problem.   Shipping was prompt, the item was even better than expected, and the packaging was incredibly well done - plenty of care and was taken to ensure the mug I purchased arrived safely. The mug was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, stuffed with newsprint, and the entire box safely packed with plenty of newsprint to ensure nothing got damaged. Excellent service, thank you!!!

  I arrived home today to see the package you sent me on my porch in horrible condition. The top was almost fully ripped of and you could tell this pkg had been mistreated….But thanks to your carefulness in lovingly packing each glass to take lots of abuse, each glass was in perfect condition, unscathed from any damage. I photographed the box incase you want to see it. I’m very thankful to you for packing those glasses in case of such abuse as was given. You are a champion! Thank you so much!
