  Want to say that after working with seller (who was very responsive) we got everything worked out and they made good on my order by sending new undamaged item (damaged caused by postal service not seller) received on Christmas eve in time for Christmas opening! I highly recommend seller and will do business with them again

  Yeah, I definitely don't send boxes out like that EVER. This is my first issue I've ever had with packaging. I do cover returns for packages damaged in the mail. Let me know if you would like me to send return label and a new box out for ya !!! Wouldn't want to ruin anyone's Christmas. Feel free to send me a direct message. So sorry this happened.

  I ordered a product from this seller and was waiting for it to arrive. I went ahead bro eBay and see that my order was refunded for no reason. I ordered this product 11 days ago and the fact that my order is cancelled for no reason is unacceptable by the seller. Won’t be coming back.
