    Purchased name brand shoes. Arrived severely damaged. Contacted seller. She said needed to return, and told me to open a contact:EBay. I did, was sent label/QR code. Took to PO next day. Looked on cell for QR code, Couldn’t find it. Live long distance from PO. So went ahead, paid postage. Buyer had refunded, original cost/postage. I contacted seller several times to request reimbursement for $17 postage. Ignored my messages asking for contact re: expense, of returning. DON’T frequent/ EBayer!!

    Shoes were in new condition when I sent them. Nothing wrong with them. I refunded the buyer cost + Original shipping. Upon refund, message from eBay clearly stated not to send the shoes back. Buyer sent shoes back anyway and they were completely destroyed! What a mess! Because what I received was not what I sent, I blocked the buyer so I don't have to do business with them again, hence why I didn't respond to any of their messages. Sellers beware!
