  Doll arrived quickly. The doll was in a plastic bag within the box for added protection. It also had a hairnet on to protect its hair during shipping. The head/face of the doll we received was quite thin/narrow compared to the photo in the listing, but she is adorable and the recipient of the doll was pleased. She makes a nice addition to a collection of realistic babies. Thanks!

  It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It is the wrong material, it is very cheaply made. It was not packaged in a way that would keep the hair nice. They stole pictures from an actual reborn artist. This was extremely disappointing. I will be looking into buying an actual reborn from someone else. I am still waiting for a response to see if I can get a refund.
