    The shoes arrived exactly as described and in a very expeditious manner. Great service! One suggestion: buying shoes online is a bit hit-or-miss. When it comes to items so reliant of fit, offering refunds or store credit would be a great service to your customers. This seems especially true when it comes to "new" items, as they would seem the easiest to turn around. In my case fit was fine, but knowing I could have returned if needed would have allowed me to buy with far more confidence.
